ROME, January 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, speaking today during her visit to Saudi Arabia, downplayed U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent statements regarding Gaza. She expressed doubts that Trump had a defined plan for the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza.
However, Meloni welcomed discussions regarding the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that “we” must work seriously on the issue of Gaza's reconstruction.
