JENIN, January 22, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians have been yesterday evening killed by Israeli forces Burqin, west of Jenin, according to official sources.
The General Authority of Civil Affairs said that it had informed the Ministry of Health of the killing of Qutaiba Walid Ahmed Shalabi, 30, and Muhammad Asad Mahmoud Nazzal, 25, by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces, adding that their bodies are being held.
The occupation forces surrounded a house in the town of Burqin yesterday evening, and fired several missiles from a drone and "Energa" shells at it, after special forces infiltrated the town and surrounded the house, and asked those in it to leave it via loudspeakers.
The occupation forces demolished the besieged house and razed it to the ground, after bulldozing it with a heavy bulldozer, and detained the bodies of the two slain youths, who are from the town of Qabatiya.
The Red Crescent Society said that its crews dealt with the injury of a man, 60, with live bullets in the right foot and shrapnel from live bullets in the left in Burqin, who is the owner of the house that was surrounded and demolished.
