RAMALLAH, January 22, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that the weather today will be partially cloudy to clear, and relatively cold in mountainous areas, moderate in the rest of the areas, with no change in temperatures. A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected in some areas.

It said that winds are northwesterly light to moderate. Sea waves are light to medium.

In the evening and night hours, the weather is expected to be cold to very cold, especially in mountainous areas, and partly cloudy, with a chance of scattered showers of rain in some areas, which may be accompanied by thunderstorms at times.
Weather on Thursday will be partly cloudy and cold, with no change in temperatures. Scattered showers of rain are expected in some areas. 

No change in temperature is expected on Friday as the weather continues to be partly cloudy and cold in mountainous areas and moderate in the rest of the regions, with a chance of scattered rain is expected in some areas.

On Saturday, the weather will be partly cloudy and cold, with no change in temperature.

PMD warned citizens of the risk of floods in valleys and low-lying areas, especially in the eastern regions, and of the risk of slipping on roads in areas where rain falls, and the low horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog.
