BUENOS AIRES, September 8, 2024 (WAFA) – The Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, witnessed a solidarity march yesterday in support of the Palestinian people, condemning the ongoing Israeli aggression and genocide in Palestine over the past 11 months.

Hundreds of local activists, members of the Arab and Palestinian communities, and various political, party, and social figures participated in the demonstration. They called for an end to the genocide in Gaza, as well as the incursions, destruction, and assassinations in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

The march began in front of the Argentine Parliament and proceeded to Avenida 9 de Julio. Protesters carried Palestinian and Argentine flags, as well as banners advocating for Palestinian rights, freedom, and independence. Other signs condemned the Israeli state and its repeated aggression against the Palestinian people.
