RAMALLAH, Monday, July 8, 2024 (WAFA) - Armed colonists, backed by Israeli forces, attacked this evening the village of Burqa east of Ramallah, said a local official.
The chairman of the Burqa village council, Sayyel Kanaan, told WAFA that residents fended off an attack by Israeli colonists against the village of Burqa. Colonists opened live fire at the village residents, however, no injuries were reported.
Israeli forces raided the said village following the colonists’ attack and briefly detained more than 20 young men.
