RAMALLAH, Wednesday, July 3, 2024 (WAFA) - Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa discussed with the European Commission Director General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Gert Jan Koopman, enhancing cooperation and ways to support the government’s development initiatives in the sectors of energy, health, social protection, and economic empowerment.

Mustafa, in his office in Ramallah, also discussed with Koopman the European Union’s support for the government’s program for institutional reform, and support for the government’s efforts in reconstruction and economic and social development when the war on Palestinian people ends.

He appreciated the European Union's continued and important support for Palestine, in order to support peace, build the Palestinian state, and achieve the two-state solution.
