GAZA, Wednesday, June 12, 2024 (WAFA) - At least eight civilians were killed and others were injured after midnight on Tuesday in Israeli airstrikes that targeted two civilian homes south of the Gaza Strip and east of Gaza City.
According to medical sources, a child was killed and others were wounded in an Israeli shelling that targeted a house in the Nasr neighborhood north of the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The occupation warplanes also bombarded a house in the neighborhood of Shuja'iyya, east of Gaza City, which resulted in the killing of seven civilians.
The Israeli occupation continued today its bloody land, sea and aerial aggression against the war-torn Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023, resulting in the killing of 37,164 civilians, and the injury of 84,832 others.
Thousands remain trapped under the rubble or scattered on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense teams are facing difficulties in reaching them due to the relentless Israeli shelling.
