GAZA, Sunday, June 9, 2024 (WAFA) - Five civilians, including three brothers, were killed tonight in Israeli airstrikes that targeted the Nuseirat and Bureij refugee camps in the center of the Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that three brothers were killed in Israeli shelling that targeted a house of the Shafi’i family in the Nuseirat camp.

Two civilians were also killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment of the vicinity of a center sheltering internally displaced persons in Bureij camp.

Earlier tonight, twenty-one civilians were killed and dozens more were injured in Israeli airstrikes that targeted several homes in different areas of the war-torn Gaza Strip.

According to medical sources, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has surged to 37,084 since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7th, 2023. The number of injuries has reached 84,494.
