GAZA, Sunday, June 2, 2024 (WAFA) - Four civilians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli air raid on the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
Sources said that Israeli warplanes targeted a house belonging to the Abu Nar family at Street 20 in the Nuseirat camp, killing four civilians and wounding others.
Some 36,439 civilians, mostly women and children, have been killed since the onset of Israeli occupation’s sea, air and ground offensive against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023. The ongoing aggression caused the injury of around 82,627 others.
Thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble and scattered on the roads, as civil defense and rescue crews face an increased struggle to reach the victims due to the relentless Israeli shellings, lack of fuel and heavy equipment required to recover the victims and massive destruction, including the devastated infrastructure.
