MUSCAT, Wednesday, May 29, 2027 (WAFA) - Oman condemned on Wednesday the Israeli occupation’s ongoing targeting of refugee camps in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oman appealed to the international community to assume its urgent responsibilities by taking the necessary measures to stop the systematic and ongoing war crimes and genocide committed against the Palestinian people.

It called for the immediate implementation of UN resolutions calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the unhindered entry of humanitarian aid, and the imposition of deterrent international sanctions on Israel as a result of its criminal actions.
