JENIN, Tuesday, May 21, 2024 (WAFA) – A Palestinian photojournalist was injured today by the Israeli occupation forces while he was on duty covering the ongoing Israeli assault on the city of Jenin.
Local sources said Amr Manasra was injured in the lower back by shrapnel from the occupation forces’ bullets while covering the military assault in the vicinity of Jenin Hospital.
His condition was reported to be stable.
According to WAFA correspondent, the occupation snipers continued to fire bullets at journalists in the vicinity of Jenin Hospital.
Seven Palestinian civilians, including a doctor, a schoolteacher and a student, were killed this morning and 12 others were injured, including two seriously, as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp.
