NABLUS, Saturday, April 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists Saturday evening renewed their attack on the village of Duma, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank following only few hours after a similar attack on the village.
The head of the Duma Village Council, Suleiman Dawabsha, said that a group of armed colonists hurled stones and opened heavy gunfire towards Palestinian homes in the Ras al-Aqra’ area, west of the village, coinciding with the Israeli occupation forces storming the village.
Dawabsha pointed out that the occupation army and colonists have been imposing a strict military siege on the village from all its entrances since yesterday.
The heavily-armed soldiers also prevented local Palestinian citizens from entering or leaving the village.
Earlier, a score of Palestinians were injured by gunfire and dozens of homes were set on fire in a large-scale attack by Israeli settler militias on the village.
