RAMALLAH, Wednesday, January 10, 2024 (WAFA) - A young Palestinian man succumbed tonight to his critical injuries inflicted by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire during a military raid into Ramallah, the occupied West Bank, two days ago.

The Ministry of Health announced in a press statement the martyrdom of 25-year-old Fahim Ahmed Al-Khatib, a resident of the town of Beitunia, from a gunshot wound he had suffered during the Israeli raid.

The young man suffered a wound to the abdomen during the Israeli military incursion into Ramallah at the time, the statement said. Al-Khatib was promptly transported to the Palestinian Medical Complex following the incident, before his death was declared today.
