Israeli occupation authorities Monday imposed a fine on a Palestinian citizen in exchange for the release of his cows that had been detained for days.

Human rights activist Arif Daraghmeh said that the occupation imposed a fine of NIS49,000 on Qadri Daraghmeh in exchange for the release of 19 of cows that the occupation seized a few days ago while they were grazing in the Jordan Valley.

A few days ago, the Israeli occupation forces, at the instigation of settlers, seized a herd of cows belonging to Daraghmeh, while they were grazing in the pastoral areas of the Jordan Valley.
