Israeli forces kill four Palestinians in Tulkarm

TULKARM, Monday, November 6, 2023 (WAFA) – Four Palestinians were Monday killed by Israeli forces during a raid into the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarm.

Eyewitnesses said that an Israeli special force stormed the city of Tulkarm in a private vehicle bearing a Palestinian registration plate and opened fire at a vehicle in which the four youths were in at al-Maslakh roundabout in the eastern neighborhood of the city, killing them and injuring a 14-year-old child who was crossing the road at the moment of the shooting.

They were transferred to the Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital.

It was later announced that the slain Palestinians are Jihad Maharaj Ibrahim Shehadeh, 22,  Izz al-Din Raed Hussein Awad, 25,, Qasim Muhammad Rajab, 20, and Moamen Saed Mahmoud Balawi, 20.

The Ministry of Health reported the injured child's condition as stable.

The national and Islamic forces in Tulkarm Governorate mourned the four youths, and declared a comprehensive strike in the city tomorrow.

With the killing of the four young men, the death toll in the West Bank since this morning has risen to six, and since October 7th, to 159.

The death toll in Tulkarm has risen since October 7 to 29.
