HEBRON, Friday, November 3, 2023 (WAFA) — A Palestinian teenager identified as Mohammad Wael Jaabari, 17, succumbed to his critical injuries today while two other young men were wounded by Israeli gunfire during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
WAFA correspondent said confrontations erupted in the Bab Al-Zawiya quarter in the heart of Hebron following a mass rally in protest of the genocidal Israeli aggression on Gaza. During the confrontations, Jaabari sustained three gunshot wounds to his neck and chest, subsequently resulting in his tragic death at the Hebron Public Hospital.
Two other young men were also injured in the confrontations, with one of them in critical condition.
With the passing of young Jaabari, the toll of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank has risen to 11 since last night. Since the start of October, the toll has reached 145.
