TULKARM, Wednesday, November 1, 2023 (WAFA) - A Palestinian citizen was killed by Israeli occupation forces, at dawn on Wednesday, during a raid into the city of Tulkarm.

WAFA correspondent said that Majdi Zakaria Youssef Awad, 65, was killed after being shot in the head by occupation bullets, noting that he was disabled.

Violent confrontations broke out in several areas in the city and the vicinity of the Tulkarm camp, during which the occupation forces fired heavy bullets at citizens and their homes, which led to injuring Awad with critical wounds.

He was subsequently transferred to the Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

The occupation forces assaulted the former prisoner prisoner Kassab Zaqout before detaining him, following a raid on his house.

Meanwhile, a special force from the occupation army stormed the town of Far'oun, south of Tulkarm, and detained former prisoner Malik Obaid after raiding his home.
