RAMALLAH, Monday, October 30, 2023 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth identified as Ahmad Noufal, 23, succumbed today to wounds sustained a few days ago, according to the Ministry of Health.
Noufal was critically injured by bullets fired by settlers in Ras Karkar, northwest of Ramallah.
