SALFIT, Thursday, October 26, 2023 (WAFA) - Colonial Israeli settlers issued threats today against Palestinian civilians in the occupied West Bank, threatening them with forcible transfer to Jordan.

The threats were written in leaflets and posted on the vehicles of local farmers in the outskirts of Deir Istiya village, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit.

The leaflets contained explicit threats to Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, demanding that they abandon their homes and villages and willfully relocate to Jordan. 

The settlers threatened that failure to comply would result in violent attacks and the forceful eviction of Palestinians from their land.

Firas Diyab, the mayor of the town, condemned the actions of the settlers, describing these threats as an alarming and transparent attempt to displace Palestinians from their land. He called on Palestinian residents to exercise caution and vigilance in the face of these settler provocations.
