GAZA, Thursday, October 19, 2023 (WAFA) - Israeli warplanes deliberately bombed a number of bakeries in the Gaza Strip leading to the death and injury of dozens of citizens who were waiting to get badly needed bread.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation aircraft bombed and destroyed five bakeries in different parts of the Gaza Strip, either directly or targeting their surroundings, killing dozens of people and hundreds of wounded who were queuing up to buy their share of bread.

The Ministry of Health announced that the number of people killed in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank had risen to 3,569 (3500 in Gaza and 69 in the West Bank) since the beginning of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7, and the number of wounded is more than 13,200 (12,000 in Gaza, and 1200 in the West Bank).
