GAZA, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 (WAFA) – Israeli warplanes tonight bombarded a UNRWA school sheltering hundreds of displaced people in Khan Yunis city, south of the blockaded Gaza Strip, killing and injuring several people.
A house also sheltering displaced people in Khan Yunis refugee camp was shelled by Israeli warplanes, killing several people and injuring dozens of others.
Nine others were killed, including at least seven children, in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the al-Bakri house south of Khan Yunis. Many are still trapped under the rubble and efforts are underway to rescue them.
The Israeli aggression on the strip began on October 7th, leaving so far around 3500 people killed and around 1200 injured.
The Israeli military has so far committed around 433 massacres against families in the Strip, which resulted in the killing of 2421 people, whereas around 1300 people, including 600 children, are reported missing.
Be noted, the death toll of the largest massacre was the victims of al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, which was targeted by an airstrike yesterday, leaving around 471 people killed and 314 others injured, including 28 in critical condition.
