JERUSALEM, Sunday, July 9, 2023 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth with Down Syndrome from occupied Jerusalem, identified as Osama al-Salaymeh, 22, was summoned today for questioning by the Israeli occupation authorities, his father said.
Nawwaf al-Salaymeh said his son was summoned for questioning despite holding a special card stating his health condition and preventing him from being arrested or summoned, but the Israeli occupation forces insisted on his summons.
The father said his two other sons, Ayham, 13, and Ahmad, 14, have also been under house arrest for two months, imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities.
