RAMALLAH, Friday, February 24, 2023 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy to clear, sunny and relatively cold in daytime and very cold in the early morning and night hours, particularly in the mountains, with a rise in temperature, which becomes seasonal, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
There is a chance of light rain on some districts. Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 6°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 14°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Saturday’s temperature is set to further rise and approach 2°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to partly cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime and relatively cold to cold conditions in the early morning and night hours, particularly in the mountains.
A further rise in temperature is anticipated on Sunday, approaching 4°C and paving the way to mainly clear and mild conditions in daytime and slightly cold conditions in the early morning and night hours.
Monday’s temperature is set to further rise, becoming unseasonably high and paving the way to warm to very warm conditions in daytime and relatively to slightly cold conditions in the early morning and night hours.
