JERICHO, Tuesday, March 29, 2022 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers today set up a new outpost on land located near a Bedouin community in the al-Muarrajat area between the Ramallah and Jericho governorates.
General-Supervisor of al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, Hassan Mleihat said settlers brought building equipment and a water tank as well as set up a housing unit on land located near the Palestinian Bedouin communities in al-Muarrajat area.
Settlers, under the baking of the Israeli military, frequently attempt to restrict Palestinians’ movements in the area and shepherds’ access to grazing fields.
There are over 700,000 Israeli settlers living in colonial settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
