RAMALLAH, Monday, December 21, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is mainly clear and relatively cold in mountainous districts and mild in other districts in daytime with no change in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Cold conditions are expected in nighttime. Light to moderate, northeasterly to northwesterly wind blows in daytime, while southwesterly to northwesterly wind blows in nighttime. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18 C and a low of 10 C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 17 C and a low of 9 C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 25 C and a low of 16 C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22 C and a low of 12 C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Tuesday’s temperature is expected to drop, paving the way to partially cloudy to clear skies and relatively cold conditions in the mountainous districts and mild in other districts in daytime. Cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
Another drop in temperature is expected on Wednesday. Scattered rain and occasional thunderstorms are expected in the evening and night hours.
Thursday weather is partially cloudy to cloudy and cold in most districts with a further drop in temperature. Scattered rain along with occasional thunderstorms are expected in most districts.
