RAMALLAH, Friday, December 18, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and relatively cold, particularly in mountainous districts, in daytime and cold in nighttime with a rise in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A slight chance of sporadic light rain is expected in the early morning hours. Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly wind blows in daytime, whereas northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows in nighttime. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 17°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 15°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Saturday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partially cloudy and relatively cold conditions in mountainous districts and mild conditions in other districts in daytime. Cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
Sunday’s temperature is set to rise and become seasonal, paving the way to mostly clear and relatively cold conditions in mountainous districts and mild conditions in other districts. Cold conditions are expected in nighttime.
No significant change is expected in the weather on Monday.
