RAMALLAH, Wednesday, November 11, 2020 (WAFA) – Five people have died of coronavirus in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, 643 new cases were confirmed and 801 patients have recovered, today said Minister of Health Mai Alkaila. No data was available from East Jerusalem.

She said in the daily report on the pandemic that four people have died in the West Bank, all over 65 years of age, and one in the Gaza Strip of a 72-year-old man.

The Minister said that 343 new cases were recorded in the West Bank, including 132 in the Nablus district, 48 in the Hebron district, and 38 in Ramallah district. The Gaza Strip had 300 new cases.

In the West Bank, 541 have recovered and 260 in the Gaza Strip.

Alkaila said 40 patients remain in intensive care, including 11 on respirators.
