RAMALLAH, Saturday, July 25, 2020 (WAFA) – Government spokesman Ibrahim Milhem said today evening that the current restrictions imposed to contain the coronavirus pandemic in Palestine remain in effect until further notice.

He told WAFA that movement and traffic between governorates remain banned to date, although trade activities within the same governorate remain operative, with a full lockdown of public life from 8:00pm to 6:00am every day in all the governorates of the country.  

Milhem said the cabinet and the National Emergency Committee will meet on Monday to decide the coronavirus containment measures to be considered during upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday

He stressed the necessity of strictly implementing the safety protocols of the Ministry of Health in all the commercial and public facilities, as well as in public and private transportation means.
