NABLUS, Monday, DECEMBER 30, 2019 (WAFA) - Gun-toting Israeli soldiers today forced a number of Palestinian farmers to leave their lands adjacent to the illegal settlement of Shavi Shomron, in the north of the West Bank, according to the mayor of Sebastia Mohammed Azim.
He told WAFA that Israeli forces along with the settlement’s security prevented with force the farmers from planting apricot trees in their land funded by the anti-wall and anti-settlements commission and the Economic Development Center.
Azim pointed out that Israeli forces claimed that the land was off to the farmers, who should first obtain a permission to work on it.
