GAZA, April 12, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian identified as Mohammed Iyad Hjeileh, 30, was killed and another critically wounded on Thursday in an Israeli airstrike east of Gaza City, according to the Ministry of Health.

WAFA correspondent said an Israeli drone fired a missile at a location near the border fence east of Gaza City killing Hjeileh and wounding others, one reported in critical condition.

Israel claimed the attack came in response to the detonation of an explosive device at the border fence between Gaza and Israel.
