Israel orders halt on the construction of a mosque in northern Jordan Valley

 

JORDAN VALLEY, Monday, April 20, 2020 (WAFA) – The Israeli military today ordered a halt on the construction of a mosque in the village of Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley, according to Kardala head of council Ghassan Fuqaha.

He said the military informed the village council that construction of the mosque should be halted until May 4, claiming the building was being done without a permit.

The two-floor mosque is built on an area of 250 square meters and is being constructed from cement blocks.
