RAMALLAH, Saturday, April 06, 2019 (WAFA) – Partly cloudy to clear skies are expected today with a rise in temperature approaching its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A chance of scattered rain showers is expected in some areas during evening hours.

Wind is southwesterly to southeasterly, light to moderate and sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 12°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 18°C and a low of 11°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 15°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

PMD also predicted weather on Sunday to be partly cloudy to clear. Temperature is expected to rise becoming two degrees Celsius above the annual average. A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected.

Partially cloudy to clear skies are expected to continue for Monday. Temperature is expected to drop while remaining a bit higher than its annual average.

Tuesday’s weather remains partially cloudy to clear with a rise in temperature approaching three degrees Celsius above the annual average.
