In Hebron, child loses fingers from an explosion caused by an Israeli army grenade

 

HEBRON, June 23, 2018 (WAFA) – A child identified as Abed Dweik, 14, from the old section of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, lost three fingers in his right hand on Saturday from an explosion of a stun grenade thrown at him by Israeli soldiers, according to the child’s father, Abdul Muhsein.

He told WAFA that soldiers fired a stun grenade at his son, which hit him in the hand causing him serious damage to hand and eventually losing three fingers and another two damaged, as well as cuts in his head and different parts of his body.

The child was taken to Hebron hospital where he was reported in stable condition/
