BETHLEHEM, June 22, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Friday detained two Palestinians and detained at least another during separate raids into the southern West Bank districts of Bethlehem and Hebron, said security sources.
Israeli forces raided Duheisha refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, opening fire towards youths who protested the raid and attempted to block their passage.
A protestor was shot and injured by three rubber-coated steel bullets in the chest. He was rushed to a Bethlehem hospital, where medics described his condition as stable.
During the raid, soldiers detained a Palestinian after breaking into and ransacking his family home.
Meanwhile, forces conducted a raid into Bani Naim town, east of Hebron, storming and ransacking several homes and detaining a Palestinian.
