RAMALLAH, April 18, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is partially cloudy and pleasant in mountainous areas and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley in the daytime and relatively cold in the nighttime, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperatures are set to further drop and approach four degrees Celsius (°C) above the seasonal average. Wind is southwesterly to westerly, and moderate to active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah a high of 24°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 33°C and a low of 19°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C in Gaza.

Saturday’s weather in daytime is partially cloudy and mild for mountainous areas and relatively warm for the Jordan Valley with a drop in temperatures, approaching slightly above the seasonal average. Cloudiness increase in the evening and night, paving the way to sporadic light periods of showers.

PMD expects partially cloudy for early Sunday in mountainous areas and relatively cold conditions in nighttime with early sporadic light showers. Mostly sunny conditions are expected to prevail later in the day.
