RAMALLAH, April 17, 2018 (WAFA) – The Palestinian presidency condemned on Tuesday in a statement what it said was Israeli settlers’ terrorism against Palestinians, making special reference to the attack earlier in the villages of al-Lubban al-Sharqiyeh and al-Sawiyeh, south of Nablus, where settlers vandalized property and spray painted racist slogans on walls and cars.
The presidency held the Israeli government fully responsible for the “terrorist acts by the settlers and groups that call themselves Price Tag.”
It said that “these criminal acts prove the validity of the call by the Palestinian leadership for the provision of international protection for the Palestinian people and that Israel should not be treated as a state above the law.”
The presidency said “these terrorist acts will be brought before the International Criminal Court.”
