HEBRON, April 14, 2018 (WAFA) – Dozens of Israeli settlers under Israeli army protection Saturday stormed and attacked the village of al-Tawana, in Masafer yatta area to the south of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, said a local activist.
Rateb al-Jabour, coordinator of the popular committee against the separation wall and settlements, told WAFA a group of Israeli settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Ma’on stormed the village of al-Tawani and and attacked villagers and their homes with rocks.
The village locals managed to fend off the attack and forced settlers out of the village. No injuries were reported.
