Five protesters injured in clashes near Nablus

 

NABLUS, April 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Five Palestinian protesters were injured on Friday evening in clashes with Israeli forces in many locations in Nablus district in the West Bank, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent said Israeli forces used live fire, rubber-coated rounds and teargas to disperse protesters in the village of Luban e-Sharqia, south of Nablus, injuring one of them with gunfire and another one with rubber-coated rounds. Others also suffocated from teargas inhalation.

Meanwhile, clashes erupted between local protesters and Israeli forces in the villages of Kafr Qalil and Madama, also south of Nablus. Two protesters were injured by live shots, and a third by rubber-coated steel rounds.
