RAMALLAH, April 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is pleasant and clear in mountainous areas and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley in daytime and becomes relatively cold in mountainous areas and pleasant in the Jordan Valley in nighttime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperatures are set to rise and approach about three degrees Celsius (°C) above the seasonal average. Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah a high of 24°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 33°C and a low of 20°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 18°C in Gaza.

On Saturday, mainly sunny and pleasant conditions are expected to prevail in mountainous areas and relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime with relatively cold conditions in nighttime. Temperatures are set to remain steady.

PMD expects the same weather conditions to prevail on Sunday and Monday with no significant change in temperatures.
