TULKARM, April 8, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Sunday prevented farmers from reaching their lands on the Israeli side of the Segregation Barrier, north of the city of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank, according to sources.

Mohammad Abu Saa, head of municipality of Deir al-Ghusun, told WAFA that farmers were surprised when they were told by Israeli soldiers that they were not allowed to enter their lands and without any reasons.

He added that the municipality reached out to the Palestinian Liaison Office, in charge of coordinating with the Israeli authorities in order to facilitate farmers’ access to their farms planted with olives and other vegetables.
