GAZA, April 6, 2018 (WAFA) – At least nine Palestinians were injured, including a journalist, when Israeli forces opened gunfire at hundreds of protesters who gathered on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip for the second Friday to demand return of the refugees to their homeland, from which they were forced out in 1948.
Hundreds of protesters gathered at many locations on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip since Friday morning for the second consecutive Friday, demanding return of the refugees.
Last Friday, at least 16 Palestinians were killed and more than 1400 others injured in similar protests at the border as the Israeli forces attacked them with gunfire and with teargas to disperse them.
