RAMALLAH, Thursday, July 02, 2020 (WAFA) – Palestine confirmed today morning 220 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the occupied territories to 3,315.

Health Minister Mai al-Kaileh announced in a press statement that 199 of the 220 cases were recorded in Hebron district, ten others in Jerusalem district, four others in Ramallah and al-Bireh district, four others in Nablus district, another in Tulkarm, another in Jenin and another in Qalqilya.

She added that 11 cases remain in serious condition at the intensive care unit, three of them are on respirators.

Out of the 3,315 cases, 2,906 are in the West Bank, 72 in the Gaza Strip and 337 in East Jerusalem.

Recoveries has reached 634 total, including 460 in the West Bank and Gaza and 174 in East Jerusalem, leaving a total of 2,670 active cases. Death toll totaled 11.
