HEBRON, Sunday, June 7, 2020 (WAFA) – A toddler was killed today evening in a hit and run accident in Yatta town to the south of Hebron, the southern occupied West Bank, according to police spokesman Loai Irzeiqat.
The two-and-a-half-year-old was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The vehicle that struck the child did not stop and fled the scene, said Irzeiqat.
The identity of the driver remains unknown until the moment and an investigation was opened into the accident.
