RAMALLAH, Wednesday, January 29, 2020 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians were injured today in clashes in various parts of the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources and witnesses.

Medical sources said two Palestinians were admitted to hospital in Ramallah with bullet wounds to the limbs caused during clashes with Israeli soldiers near the illegal settlement of Psagot, east of Ramallah.

Several people were also injured from rubber-coated metal bullets in protests in Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem, as well as Arroub and Fowwar refugee camps, the town of Dura in the Hebron district in the south of the West Bank.

One person was injured in the head by a rubber bullet in Arroub camp, said the sources, and was reported in stable condition.

Protests were also reported at the northern entrance to the biblical city of Bethlehem, also in the south of the West Bank, during which soldiers showered the protesters with teargas causing several suffocation cases treated by Red Crescent staff at the location.
