NABLUS, October 11, 2017 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youngster was injured by Israeli fire on Tuesday night during clashes with Israeli forces who were accompanying hundreds of settlers who broke into Joseph’s Tomb, an archeological site in the city of Nablus, security sources said.
They told WAFA that Israeli soldiers escorted buses-loads of fanatic settlers as they reached Joseph’s Tomb in the eastern area of Nablus to perform rituals marking the Jewish Sukkot holiday.
Provoked by the presence of settlers and soldiers in the city, Palestinian youths confronted them with stones. The soldiers fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets at the youths injuring one.
