GAZA, Wednesday, May 13, 2020 (WAFA) – Israeli navy today detained two Gaza fishermen while sailing in the northern Gaza shore and seized their boat, reported WAFA correspondent.
He said, quoting fishermen committee officials, that the Israel navy detained the two fishermen, aged 49 and 34, while sailing within the allowed three nautical miles in the northern Gaza shore.
The navy also seized their boat.
Israeli navy regularly harass Gaza fishermen and prevent them from earning a living from fishing, a major source of income for thousands of Gaza Strip households.
