JERUSALEM, Saturday, June 22, 2019 (WAFA) – clashes broke out between Israeli forces and Palestinians in the town of al-Issawiya, east of occupied Jerusalem, said local sources.

Sources told WAFA Israeli forces stormed the town of al- Issawiya and took up positions at Obaid neighborhood, leading to clashes with the town residents.

Forces used live fire, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades against Palestinians, however, no injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, three Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces while they were present in al-Wad street in the Old Town of Jerusalem.
