Israeli army destroys agricultural land in Jordan Valleys during military drill

JORDAN VALLEY, Monday, January 14, 2019 (WAFA) – The Israeli army destroyed on Monday Palestinian agricultural land when its bulldozers opened a road in the area of al-Burj, in the northern Jordan Valleys, under the pretext that the soldiers will be conducting military drills in the area, according to Aref Daraghmeh, local activist.

He told WAFA that Israeli army bulldozers proceeded to open a one kilometer long road in lands belonging to Palestinian citizens as hundreds of Israeli soldiers were getting ready to start a military exercise in that area.

The army forced 13 families in the area of Ibziq, north of Tubas, to leave their homes under the pretext of military exercises.
