West Bank school attacked by settlers, the second time in one week

 

NABLUS, Thursday, February 21, 2019 (WAFA) – For the second time in one week, Israeli settlers today attacked with stones Urif secondary school, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and soldiers joined in the attack, according to Adel Amer, from the Urif village council.

He told WAFA that a group of settlers threw rocks at the school shortly after classes were over while soldiers fired tear gas and rubber bullets at the students as they were leaving the school.

This is the second time on one week settlers attack Urif school, he said.

The settlers also attacked homes in the area leading to confrontations with the local residents.

There were no reports of injuries.
