HEBRON, Monday, January 6, 2020 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians suffocated by tear gas during an Israeli military raid into the town of Beit Ummar to the north of the southern West Bank district of Hebron, said a local activist.
Mohammed Awad, a media activist, said forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar and fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters directly toward residents and their homes, causing several suffocation cases among them. No arrests were reported.
